If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving the goods, you can return the goods at your own cost. We will refund the cost of the goods, provided we receive them undamaged and in their original packaging.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping. You must notify us in writing or by email with your order number within 14 days of receipt to start the return process. You will then have 14 days to return the item.

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so as long as the goods have not been shipped or had their shipping booked. If the shipping has been booked, you will need to cover the shipping cost if you cancel.

To start a return, please contact us using the contact us page. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Late Delivery

We cannot guarantee delivery times as we rely on third-party couriers.

No Delivery/Lost Items

We will allow 14–30 days to track and trace any lost deliveries before offering any compensation.

Damage

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If signing for a delivery, please sign as “unchecked” or “damaged.”

Contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it. You may be asked to provide photographs to assess the damage within 2 days of receipt. We aim to replace damaged parts after reviewing the photographs.

Wooden Items – Small splits and cracks in wooden items are normal and will not be considered as damaged goods, as wood is a living material and changes over time. (This seems to reference wooden products like coops. If the new product does not involve wood, this section may need revision or removal.)

If you are not available to receive your delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for theft or damage to your items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, we aim to process the refund within 10 days. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
